Jennifer Louise Studio is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and our bookings. We are based at Suite 9, Stuart House, Eskmills, 2A Station Road, Musselburgh, East Lothian, EH21 7PB.

What we collect and why
We only collect the information we need to answer you, provide your service and run the studio.
Your name, contact details and message: to answer your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps before a contract.
Wedding date, venue, bridal party and booking details: to provide and manage your booking. Lawful basis: contract.
Allergies, skin conditions or other relevant health details you share: to carry out your treatment safely. Lawful basis: your explicit consent.
Payment and invoice records: to take payment and keep accounts. Lawful basis: contract and legal obligation.
Email address, if you join the Studio List: to send offers and updates. Lawful basis: your consent.
Website usage data: to understand how the site is used. Lawful basis: your consent.
We need booking details to provide your service, so we may not be able to take your booking without them. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Who sees your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the studio:
Google Analytics measures how the website is used.
Mailchimp sends the Studio List emails.
Showit hosts this website.
Our accountant, bank or payment providers may see payment records, if used for your booking.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they should use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings: 12 months.
Client and booking records: for as long as needed to provide your service and meet our legal, insurance and accounting duties.
Accounts and invoices: 6 years.
Studio List: until you unsubscribe.
